We will send you a label to return your package to a collection point. Do not forget to indicate your name and order number on the package.
If you prefer to stay at home we will send a courier to your address for pick up, this service has a cost of 5€.
If you have requested an exchange, we will send you the new size as soon as we receive the package and verify the correct condition of the product.
If you have requested a refund, as soon as we receive it, we will refund the amount of your purchase in the same way you paid for it, either by credit card or PayPal, within a maximum of 10 days. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded. The garments must be in perfect condition.

For returns and exchanges, shipping to our address will be assumed by the customer. If you want to return a garment, please include the order number and your name on the package and send it to C/Ciruela 17, 13001 Ciudad Real. Send us an email to info@actandbeshop.com indicating your return. In case of loss of the package, we cannot be held responsible for it.

On smaller orders shipping costs of 9€.
EXPRESS SHIPPING in 48-72 hours (working days only) at a cost of 25€.
Other European countries:
Shipping costs 19€ plus customs costs when applicable. Delivery time is between 7-11 days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: the return shipping is borne by the customer.
