In the Spanish península, Balearic Islands and Portugal we ship within 2-4 business days .

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we ship within 3-6 business days.

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom, our delivery time is 3-7 business days.

For Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland and the Check Republic our shipping time is 4-8 business days.

In other countries in Europe we ship within 4-11 days.

Sorry, we do not ship on the weekend or Spanish holidays yet.

In the Spanish peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal we offer Free Shipping in orders over 80€. For orders under 80€ the shipping cost is 3€ in these regions.

To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost of any order is 12 € plus taxes and duties if required.

For Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czeck Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom the shipping cost is 9€.

In other European countries the shipping will cost 19€ plus taxes and duties if required.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

You have 15 days from the shipping date to exchange your order.

Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and the new size or color you wish to receive.

If the prize of the new model is different just return the old order and make a new one.

The first change of size is free if you’ve made your order from the Spanish peninsula, the Balearic Islands or Portugal. As soon as we receive your email we’ll organized a pick up and send you the new item once we verify the good condition of the returned garment/s.

From other destinations just send us your garments in perfect condition, with the labels on to C/ Carnaval 18 – 1ºE, 13170 Miguelturra, Ciudad Real, Spain. Don’t forget to include your name and order number. The shipping cost of this package has to be paid by the buyer. As soon a we receive the old garment we’ll ship the new one at no extra cost.

From the Spanish peninsula, Portugal or the Balearic Islands we can organize a pick up of the package at your address if you like. This has a cost of 5€ that will be deducted from the total reimbursement of the items you wish to return.

If you prefer to send it yourself o if you’re at any other destination please send us your garments in perfect condition, with the labels on to:

C/ Carnaval 18 – 1ºE, 13170 Miguelturra, Ciudad Real, Spain.

Don’t forget to include your name and order number in the package. The shipping cost of the return has to be paid by the buyer.

As soon a we receive your package we will refund the full cost of the items returned. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment, credit card or Paypal. Please be aware we won’t refund the shipping cost.
